Season & Fixtures
The main hockey season runs during Term 2, with fixtures scheduled on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Teams compete against other schools in the Pietermaritzburg district and surrounding areas.
Indoor Hockey
In Term 4, the focus shifts to indoor hockey. This fast-paced variant of the game is played on a smaller surface and helps players develop quick reflexes, close ball control, and tactical awareness.
Whether on the outdoor field or indoors, hockey at Alex fosters teamwork, fitness, and competitive spirit throughout the year.
